Number 1 you have to be a member, so ill just send you a join request real quick...
Your going to click on gallery, then you will scroll to the folder you want to post to (since you are posting an icon you would go down to where it says icon) then if you look all the way to the right you will see a + click on it and it will pull up your gallery. then click on the deviation you want to post to that folder. Then just hit submit.
